October 27, 2017 (Kailua-Kona, Hawaii) – Blue Ocean Mariculture announced today their participation in the 7th annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival. Celebrity chefs from both Hawaii and the mainland will be using Hawaiian Kanpachi as the centerpiece of their prepared dishes.
