Island Style Hawaiian Kanpachi Ceviche
HAWAIIAN KANPACHI ISLAND CEVICHE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb fresh, Hawaiian Kanpachi Filet
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup avocado finely minced
- 2 tbsp seasalt
- 1/4 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1/4 chopped cilantro
Combine fresh fish, sea salt and lime juice together and allow to sit and brine for one hour. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator until serving. Serve with a crispy tortilla shell or tortilla chips.
